2Who we are & our services

Rideence Africa Limited is a Nairobi-based electric-mobility operator offering fleet leasing, vehicle sales and trade, lease-to-own and custom financing, charging infrastructure (via subsidiary KenCharge Limited), local CKD assembly and after-sales support across Kenya and neighbouring markets.

3Eligibility

The site and our business services are intended for businesses, organisations and individuals aged 18 or older who can enter into contracts under applicable law. By using the site you represent that you meet these requirements.

4Leasing, sales & services

Information on this site (fleet, pricing indications, specifications) is provided for general guidance only and does not constitute a binding offer. All arrangements — lease, sale, lease-to-own, financing, charging deployment and partnerships — are governed by a separate written contract specifying vehicle, term, pricing, deposits, insurance, maintenance, mileage and responsibilities. Vehicle availability, specifications and lead times may change without notice.

5Pricing & payment

Any price, quote or indicative figure shown is exclusive of taxes, duties, delivery and optional items unless stated. Final pricing, deposits, instalments and penalties are defined in your contract. We may require a credit check and refundable deposit before activating a lease or sale.

6Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, logos, marks, images, designs and code — is owned by Rideence Africa Limited or its licensors and is protected by law. You may view and download pages for personal, non-commercial reference, but may not copy, reproduce, modify or reuse content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

7Acceptable use

You agree not to: misuse the site or forms; submit false or misleading information; attempt to breach its security; infringe others' rights; or use the site for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access for misuse.

8Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that vehicle specifications and availability shown are current. Our products and services are provided under the terms of the relevant contract, not this page.

9Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rideence Africa Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from website use. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Kenyan law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence).

10Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Rideence Africa Limited against claims, losses or costs arising from your misuse of the site or breach of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.

11Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Disputes should first be raised with us in good faith; where unresolved, they may be submitted to the competent courts of Kenya. Nothing prevents you from seeking relief from a relevant regulator.
